Area Development

Currently, all areas are available in the United States, except Washington State and Portland Oregon.

Areas are determined by population and/or city and state borders. The number of units that can be built within an area is determined by population

and are specified within the FDD.

Development specifications are unique to each area development agreement, however all developers must meet a minimum of three stores.

Numbers

* Franchise Fee – $50,000/store
* Royalty – 4% Net Sales
* Advertising Fund – 1% Net Sales
* Build Out Estimates – $1.3 – $1.8 Million/Store*

* Construction and material costs vary throughout the United States.
