All areas in the United States and Canada are currently available for development with the exceptions of Western Washington State; Portland, Oregon; and Red Deer, Alberta.

Areas are determined by population and/or city and state borders. The number of units that can be built within an area is determined by population and are specified within the FDD.

Development specifications are unique to each area development agreement, however all developers must meet the minimum of three stores.
