Tacoma Test Kitchen

The first and original Tacoma Rock location is now the official test kitchen for The Rock, Wood Fired Pizza & Spirits everywhere. We will be testing and creating exciting and original entrees, appetizers, drinks and (of course) pizzas, which will change every 6 weeks. We will continue to offer the core menu as well.

We want to hear from you! Send in your original recipes and perhaps it will make the test kitchen menu! Recipes can be sent to testkitchen@therockwfp.com. Only at the birthplace of The Rock, will these specials be prepared for consideration and, perhaps, added to future menus at all Rock locations.

Is “The Rock Tour” Coming to a Town Near You?

Our first Colorado restaurant opened in November 2011 and we will follow that opening with our first Seattle, Washington location due to open before the end of the year! There are more stops on this Rock Tour! Stay tuned for the latest!
