Franchisees of The Rock receive support in several key areas.
Site Build Out and Design Consultation
The Rock’s experienced designers will help you design and layout your space. You will benefit from our experience and receive assistance creating your kitchen, dining room layout and décor placement. In addition, we will help you procure fixtures and identify vendors and sub-contractors.
Employee Training
Franchises are supplied with on-the-job training for 2 managers in our System Stores here in Washington State, as well as a minimum of 60 days of on-site training for each store opened.
Marketing Support
Franchises receive continued marketing support on both local and regional levels, ongoing in-store promotions and advertising as well as national campaigns.
Easy Ordering
Proprietary items are available through our Keep Rockin’ commissary. Items such as menus, coasters, buckets, glassware and pizza boxes are purchased and stored by Keep Rockin’ to make ordering quick, easy and affordable.
Purchasing Discounts
Throughout our growth, we have developed relationships with numerous vendors and receive discounts through our bulk ordering. Our franchises reap these benefits as these discounts are passed down to you.
