MEET OUR GM, ERIC!

Eric brings over 29 years of experience in the restaurant industry. He is especially known for his calm demeanor and listening ability.

Eric began his career as a private chef on several yachts in the South Pacific.

He states his personal leadership philosophy is “Take care of your crew and they will take care of you.”

Eric attended and graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in West Palm Beach in 1997. He has been married for 21 years and has four children. As a family, they enjoy hiking, camping, and scuba diving.
