MEET OUR GM, MICHAEL!

Michael brings over 35 years of experience in the restaurant industry. He is known for his love of cars, boats, bikes, water sports, basketball and football.

Michael began his career as a dishwasher at the age of 16 in a local restaurant, The Bells, for money to buy and constantly repair old hot rod cars.

Michael’s personal leadership philosophy is “Panic is for rookies. At the end of the day, an IPA will still be there.”

Michael was born and raised in Seattle, where he attended grade school, high school and college. He enjoys to dabble in real estate, has a passion for hoppy cold IPA (preferably on the water or with his girlfriend), and of course loves to attend his daughter’s volleyball games.

“Home is where you friends and family are, and the lakes are plentiful. And anywhere my daughter and girlfriend are.”
