MEET OUR GM, LUCAS!

Lucas brings over 30 years of experience in the restaurant industry. Lucas is known for being a very hard worker who sets a high bar for performance from his crew.

Lucas began his career as a barista at age 15, then joined the pizza world in 1993. He moved on to full-service dining in ’94 and has since been a part of over 30 different concepts.

Lucas’s leadership philosophy is “Perfection is nothing more than constant, gradual improvement. Just be a little better than yesterday.”

Two very active teenagers take up most of Lucas’s personal life, but in his free time he is a martial arts enthusiast and has been for 40 years.
