MEET OUR GM, CHRISTINE!

Christine started her career in the restaurant business over 20 years ago. She first started as a bartender in a family owned Chinese restaurant making regulars and learning the ropes of the business. She then opened up as a bartender at the first chain restaurant in her town where she quickly moved up to management. 8 years later she moved to the Seattle area and started at Red Lobster where she moved up quickly again to management. Another 8 years went by and she needed a change of pace and got her foot into The Rock where she has fell in love with pizza and everything that goes along with it.

Christine leads with the philosophy “Walk the walk, and talk the talk”. You will see Christine make our pizzas, pour our drinks, greet our guests and still have time to make a snow man out of dough with the kids that come in.

Christine is married and has 2 beautiful grown daughters who have the same great work ethics as their mother.
